Cameroon Placed On The Rank Of Nations Respected And Solicited

To His Excellency Mr. Paul Biya, President of the Republic of Cameroon, Head of State.

Subject: Message of Deference on the Occasion of the 30th Anniversary of Your Accession to the Supreme Magistracy

Your Excellency Mr. President, Head of State,

On the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of Your accession to the Supreme Magistracy this November 6, 2012,

I have the singular honour in my modest capacity as a Cameroonian who is proud to be one, a citizen and pure product of the New Deal; a Minister of the Republic and member of the Central Committee of the CPDM; to transmit to Your High and Revered Personality, my sincere and warmest congratulations as well as those of CPDM Mezam I Section, where I am the Section President.

Cameroonians of all walks of life as well as the militants of the CPDM will mobilize massively on November 6, 2012 in the Regions, Divisions, Subdivisions, cities, towns, villages and quarters of the entire Republic not only to celebrate this Great Anniversary, but also to testify  and give evidence to your great qualities of a states man, a foresighted leader, an unparallel nation builder, who for 30 years running has had an exceptional inspiration to lead Cameroonians in spite of their diversity, in peace, stability and reinforced national unity.

Since November 6, 1982 you placed your stewardship on the banner of Rigour and Moralization. You instilled into Cameroonians great universal values that make man an actor of his destiny. You inculcated into the Cameroonian youths values of work, perseverance, self confidence and the culture of productivity.

You have ceaselessly fought easy ways such as corruption, cheating, double standards that destroy man’s sense of honour and creativity.

In each of your official outings, you know how to use the right words, depending on the circumstances to recall to your fellow citizens or the international community, the imperious duty of each to work for the well being of the entire community. In short, each of your declarations in 30 years is a reference that is quoted and re-quoted daily not only by your fellow compatriots but also by the entire intellectual world.

Under your high impulsion, Cameroon is a respected country, free, democratic and with enviable economic potentials. Under your high directives, Cameroon is a stable country in an ocean of turbulence and a prosperous nation in an ocean of austerity.  It can be affirmed without any doubt that your projects of Greater Accomplishments are a compass for a brighter future for our country and removes  the fear of tomorrow from the minds of your compatriots.

In an attitude of profound humility inspired by your indisputable and eloquent billboard, I herewith testify to your Excellency, my profound gratitude as well as those of CPDM Mezam I Section for your personal and intellectual sacrifices that you have dispensed for 30 years to place Cameroon on the pedestal of respected and envied nations.

That the Almighty should shower you with His grace, protect your family against visible and invisible forces of evil, and that He should enlightened you as usual as in the past in the exercise of your high and delicate mission at the Supreme Magistracy.
